Liturgical Colors
This guide provides an outline of the colors commonly used to mark the seasons and holidays of the liturgical calendar.
Here is how the liturgical color schedule has been adapted for the cross in the circulation area of the Library. Note that several significant days (e.g., Good Friday, Easter, Christmas, etc.) have been omitted since the Library is closed on those days.

Advent | Blue w. Pink | November 30 |
1 Trinity Sunday is observed on the first Sunday after Pentecost
2 Reformation Sunday is observed on the Sunday on or before October 31 (Reformation Day)
3 All Saints’ Sunday is observed on the Sunday on or after November 1 (All Saints’ Day), one week after Reformation Sunday
4 Christ the King is observed on the last Sunday before Advent
